  1. Can I use or embed any music tracks sold here in my own songs and/or music production, or add vocals or otherwise modify the music?
No. The artists who sell their music here own their own tracks and you cannot purchase a track here and then proceed to add vocals or other instruments to the track and then sell it or distribute it as your own track. It is prohibited to use music tracks available here as the musical foundation for new songs that you create or to integrate the tracks into your own songs or music productions. This type of use is generally prohibited and would be considered to be copyright infringement.
  1. Can I modify or edit the tracks I purchase here to structure them as needed for my production?
After you purchase the song you can download it and add it to your film using the video editing software that you find to your liking. You can use a part of the song, or the entire song. You can use any part of the song you want or snip parts of the song together. This includes adding reverb, adjusting volume, duration, pitch, frequency, equalization, looping it, chopping it, cross-fading, fading or any other desired adjustment to suit your production's needs. This is a natural part of embedding sound effects and music into a production so is covered by our license terms by default.
  1. I received a notice from YouTube that the music I bought here belongs to a third party. What do I do?
First, we apologize if this happens to you. Please be assured that all our music is 100% copyright clear. Using our music with a purchased license is 100% legal, and you are not doing anything wrong.
Unfortunately, false or mistaken copyright claims are a known issue with YouTube and music libraries.
You can send us a direct link to your YouTube video, as well as a copy of the notification you have received from YouTube, and we will investigate it for you and we may be able to resolve it quickly for you.
  1. What is the voice I hear talking over the music previews?
The voice you hear is what is called an audio watermark. The audio watermark will of course not be included in the files that are delivered to you after submitting your order.
  1. I need a sample of a track to put in my project before I buy.
No problem, please send us a request with the track title you are interested in and we will send it directly to you. The file will be a watermarked MP3 file that you can drop into project to get approval before purchasing a license.
